The recent lockdown in Melbourne has raised concerns for many businesses, and with the potential threat of a second wave what will be deemed ‘essential’ is of question. Warehousing and distribution centres have already seen a decrease, with logistics and transport being in grey land. CEO of Victorian transport, Peter Anderson has promoted for the continuation of transport within the nation during this time, transport owner Graham Burke of Burkes Transport also stating this industry as a necessity, and the negative effects it could have if this was to be ceased.
