1 in 3 women have had an abortion before their mid thirties, but there is still an ongoing taboo around this matter within the Australian community.

Despite the decriminilisation of abortions under the Abortion Law Reform Act passed in 2019, Australian women are still fighting for their right to body autonomy.

Current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 has created new challenges for women by causing restrictions to the accessibility of this essential procedure and causing a financial strain on affected women.
