Bathurst gym users are worried that a rise in COVID-19 cases might lead to another lockdown in gyms, pools and other recreational activities.

Local gym user Mitch Helm believes that most people are doing the right thing, although the tight spaces inside gyms make it a little hard to social distance.

Bathurst local and gym enthusiast Luke Newman, says that gyms in Bathurst are doing the right thing, and that the new rules are having a positive effect.

A rise in cases in the cities however, may lead to regional areas being put in lockdown.
